Description
ESS Clinical is seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our team in Academy School District 20! Enjoy guaranteed hours, weekday stability, and competitive compensation for both direct and indirect time.
Looking to transition into a school-based role but don’t have your Colorado Department of Education (CDE) licensure yet? If you have the proper SLP credentials, we’ll assist you with the licensure process. Join a therapist-led team that values professional freedom while offering the structure of a school schedule.
Pay starting from $62/hr up to $70/hr
Choice between W2 or 1099 opportunities
No Non Competes in our contracts!
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Colorado Department of Education License required
- Experience in school-based setting required

Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and provide therapy to students with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement treatment plans to address students' individual needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to promote students' academic and social success
- Monitor and document student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
