Description
Are you an exceptional SLPA with a passion for making a difference? ESS Clinical is seeking dedicated SLPAs for the 2026-2027 school year in Stafford County Public Schools!
Pay up to $56/hr
W2 and 1099 options
No non-competes in our contracts
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Speech Language Pathology Assistant to join our team of professionals in our school-based settings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Virginia SLPA License
- Experience in school-based setting preferred but not required
Role Responsibilities:
- Implement treatment plans to address students' individual needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to promote students' academic and social success
- Monitor and document student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
