Description
ESS Clinical is seeking passionate and dedicated Special Education Teachers to join our team in Tooele County School District, Utah for the 2026–2027 school year. We currently have have openings available across Life Skills and Resource classroom settings.
Whether you are passionate about supporting students with mild to moderate learning needs or those requiring more intensive services, we encourage you to apply!
Qualifications
- Active Utah Special Education License required.
- Resource Teacher: Must hold a Mild/Moderate Endorsement.
- Life Skills Teacher: Must hold a Severe/Extensive Support Needs Endorsement.
- Strong classroom management, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized instruction aligned with students' IEP goals.
- Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and school staff.
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation.
- Foster an inclusive, supportive, and engaging learning environment.
- Participate in IEP meetings and communicate regularly with families.
