Pay starting from $35/hour

W2 and 1099 options

No non competes in our contracts

Requirements:

  • EIPA score of 3.0 or higher or ED:K–12 certification from the Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf (RID)
  • Previous experience as an Educational Interpreter preferred

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate and effective interpretation between spoken language (English or other spoken language) and American Sign Language (ASL)
  • Interpret classroom instruction, lectures, discussions, and other school-related activities to ensure that deaf or hard-of-hearing students receive the information presented
  • Work one-on-one with students as needed to provide additional support and clarification
  • Collaborate with teachers and other school personnel to support the overall educational development of students
