About the Role

As a Physical Therapist at ESS Clinical, you will:

• Provide individualized therapy in school settings for students with diverse needs
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to develop tailored therapy plans
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams to address functional and educational goals
• Use your expertise to help children build the physical skills they need to succeed academically and socially
• Every session offers the opportunity to inspire confidence, improve abilities, and create meaningful change for students.

What We Are Looking For

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy
• Licensed Physical Therapist through the State Board
• Experience working with children or pediatric populations preferred but not required
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping children grow and thrive
