ESS Clinical is seeking dedicated Special Education Teachers to join our team for the 2025/2026 school year in a High School in Winslow, NJ.

Pay $55-$60 per hour, guaranteed 35 hours per week. 

We are actively seeking motivated and dedicated Special Education Teachers to empower and inspire students with diverse learning needs. As part of our team, you'll provide personalized instruction, support individualized education plans, and foster a nurturing learning environment to help every student thrive.

Requirements:

• Teacher of the Handicapped or Teacher of Students with Disabilities (with secondary)
• Certified Teacher in either PK-3 or K-6 AND Certificate of Eligibility 
• Valid NJ Teaching license
• Experience working as a Special Education Teacher, preferred but not required

Role Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs, tailored to their unique learning styles and abilities.
• Provide direct instruction and support to students with disabilities in various academic subjects, social skills, and life skills, adapting teaching strategies to meet their needs.
• Collaborate with other educators, parents, and support staff to monitor student progress, adjust instructional approaches, and ensure a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
