Description

ESS Clinical is hiring for Speech Language Pathologists for Katy ISD, Texas for Elementary Grade levels.

Pay ranging from $50/hr up to $65/hr

No non-compete agreements in our contracts!

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

  • Provisional State licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (CF eligibility)

  • A passion for working with children and making a lasting impact

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and provide therapy to students with speech and language disorders

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans under supervision

  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams to support students’ academic and social success

  • Monitor student progress and adjust goals as needed with guidance

  • Participate in IEP meetings and help maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines
