ESS Clinical is seeking dedicated Mental Health Providers (LCSWs, LPHCs LMFTs, or equivalent) to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year in Collier County Schools!

Pay up to $70/hr

W2 and 1099 options available
No non-competes in our contracts!
Requirements:
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field
  • Active or Provisional State Licensure (LCSW, LMSW, LMFT)
  • Experience in a school-based setting preferred but not required

Role Responsibilities:
  • Conduct mental health assessments and provide individual and/or group counseling to students
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to students’ emotional and behavioral needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
  • Monitor and document progress, adjusting interventions as needed
  • Participate in IEP, 504, MTSS, or other student support meetings while maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Provide crisis intervention when necessary and support school-wide mental health initiatives
