Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- SLPA Virginia State License

Role Responsibilities:
Treatment Planning: Collaborate with the SLP in developing individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and client goals. Help to identify appropriate therapy techniques, materials, and activities.
Therapy Implementation: Deliver speech and language therapy interventions to clients based on the treatment plan developed by the SLP. This may include assisting clients in improving speech sounds, language skills, fluency, voice quality, and other communication abilities.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized records of client progress, treatment sessions, and other relevant information. This includes writing session notes, progress reports, and updating treatment plans as needed.
Communication and Collaboration: Communicate regularly with the supervising SLP to discuss client progress, therapy strategies, and any concerns or challenges. Collaborate with other professionals, such as teachers, parents, and healthcare providers, to ensure a coordinated approach to client care.
