ESS Clinical is seeking a dedicated and passionate Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide high-quality speech and language services to students within Schertz-Cibolo-Universal City ISD for the 2026-2027 School Year. 

Pay starting at $70/hr W2 or $78/hr 1099 

W2 and 1099 Contracts Available! 

Essential Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and therapy goals.
• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate in ARD/IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district, state, and federal requirements.
• Support culturally and linguistically diverse student populations.
• Monitor student progress and communicate outcomes effectively with stakeholders.

Licensure & Certifications Requirements

Candidates must possess and maintain the following:

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited college or university.
• Current Texas Speech-Language Pathology License issued by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR), or eligibility for licensure.
• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.
• Clinical Fellows (CF-SLPs) are encouraged to apply if eligible for supervision.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required.
• Ability to pass all district, state, and federal background screening requirements.
• Compliance with all Texas Education Agency (TEA) and district requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous school-based experience.
• Experience working with bilingual and multilingual student populations.
• Knowledge of special education processes, ARD/IEP development, and IDEA regulations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
