Join ESS Clinical for the 2026–2027 school year! We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to support students in a school-based setting in Marlboro, NJ.

ESS Clinical is seeking a motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide school-based services and support students in accessing and participating in their educational environment.
The ideal candidate will use evidence-based therapeutic strategies to help students develop the skills needed for success in the classroom and beyond.

This is a full-time position (35 hours per week) providing maternity leave coverage for an existing therapist. The anticipated assignment length is approximately six months.

Pay ranges from $67–$77 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

W2 and 1099 options available 

No non-competes in our contracts

Qualifications:

• Possession of a Masters or higher degree with emphasis on occupational therapy
• State licensure and certification as an Occupational Therapist
• New Jersey Educator Certification required 
• Experience in school-based setting preferred but not required

Job Duties:

• Provides Occupational Therapy services to students.
• Conducts evaluations and assessments to identify student needs and develop appropriate intervention plans.
• Develops and implements individualized treatment plans based on student assessments.
• Conducts individual and group therapy sessions as needed to support student goals.
