ESS Clinical is seeking compassionate, highly qualified Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide school-based behavioral services in partnership with Williamsburg County School District for the 2026–2027 school year.

The BCBA will support students with behavioral, social-emotional, academic, and functional needs through evidence-based behavior-analytic practices. This position provides an opportunity to work collaboratively with teachers, special education professionals, administrators, families, and related service providers to help students make meaningful progress.

Williamsburg County School District's Office of Special Services focuses on individualized support for students with disabilities, including behavioral assessments, behavior interventions, academic interventions, accommodations, and instructional strategies.

Both full-time and part-time positions are available.

W-2 and 1099 opportunities 
Pay starting at $72/hr up to $78/hr

 

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, Education, or another related field.

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

• Demonstrated knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis and evidence-based behavioral practices.

• Strong skills in behavioral assessment, intervention planning, data collection, and data analysis.

• Ability to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

• Ability to maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality.

• Ability to work effectively with students with disabilities and diverse learning needs.

• Ability to meet all applicable ESS Clinical and Williamsburg County School District employment, background-screening, and credentialing requirements.
   

• Active BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
