ESS Clinical

ESS Clinical is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students in Craven County Schools in North Carolina for the 2026–2027 school year. The RBT will work directly with students who require behavioral support, helping them develop communication, social, adaptive, and classroom-readiness skills in a positive and supportive school environment.

The ideal candidate is patient, attentive to detail, and committed to helping students achieve their individual educational and behavioral goals. The RBT will collaborate with teachers, school personnel, and supervising behavior analysts to implement individualized behavior intervention plans and promote student success.

W2 and 1099 contract opportuntites
Pay starting at $39/hr up to $44/hr

 

Requirements and Licensures

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• High school diploma or GED.
• Successful completion of required criminal background checks and fingerprinting.
• Completion of all required ESS Clinical onboarding and Craven County Schools clearance procedures.
• Compliance with applicable BACB ethical standards and RBT supervision requirements.
• Ability to implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies under the supervision of a qualified behavior analyst.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification, if required by the assignment.
• Ability to complete required school district training and maintain all applicable certifications throughout the assignment.
