Description

Work Environment

  • All work is performed in offices that require working in close quarters with other employees. The offices are air conditioned and heated. The Physical Demands for the job include the ability to stand and walk without restriction, as well as the ability to bend, stoop, squat and twist. The employee may be required to stand for 30 minutes or longer at one time.

Education/Experience

Minimum Required:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Previous office experience preferred
The Clerical Assistant will have strong verbal and communication skills along with good customer service skills. Is responsible for the efficient workflow of the receptionist area including receiving and responding to phone calls and mail. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite; including excel spreadsheets. Strong typing and editing skills of documents as requested. Comfortable accessing system EHR to assist with call triage and a positive patient experience.
