Description

Shift: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday 8:00am to 6:00pm. Counties Covered: York and Lancaster counties. Hospice and HCHB experience required. Candidate will be required to complete admission, routine, PRN, and death visits. Productivity benchmark 6 to 8 visits per day. RN License, Valid Driver's License, Valid Car Insurance, Valid BLS CPR Required
