Description

No On Call No Option for 48 hour Guarantee, No Option for 48 hour Guarantee No Option for Blocked Scheduling Required: BLS, AZ Pharmacist License, Inpatient acute hospital experience required Required Experience: 2 Yrs., Board Certified and/or accredited pharmacy residency (Preferred, not required) Pharmacist Skills & Hospital Experience, Holidays: Houghton Pharmacy will be open on CHS Recognized holidays. Number of Beds in Unit: 44 Beds + ED, EMR: Cerner.
