Description

About the Role
PDTX is seeking Travel COTAs to assist OTs in providing top-tier therapy care. Work under supervision in SNFs, rehab centers, or outpatient settings. Typical contract length: 8–13 weeks.

Qualifications
Current Arizona COTA license.
Graduate from an accredited COTA program.
CPR/BLS certification.
Minimum 1 year experience preferred.

Responsibilities
Carry out treatment activities per OT plan of care.
Monitor and report patient responses.
Provide assistance with therapeutic exercises and functional tasks.
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with California labor and licensing standards.
