Description
PDTX is seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Physical Therapist (PT) for an outpatient rehabilitation setting. The Physical Therapist will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with musculoskeletal, orthopedic, neurological, and post-surgical conditions to restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve overall functional independence.
Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and functional assessments
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and physician referrals
Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions and exercise programs
Treat orthopedic, post-operative, sports injury, and neurological conditions
Educate patients on injury prevention, posture, mobility, and home exercise programs
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Ensure patient safety and adherence to clinic policies and procedures
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program
Active State Physical Therapist License (California license required for CA roles)
Current CPR/BLS certification
Familiarity with EMR Documentation
Strong clinical reasoning and manual therapy skills
Excellent communication and patient education abilities

PDTXperts Job ID #T-PDVC001. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
