Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) – Full-Time
Location: Brier Creek, Raleigh, NC
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Day Shift (No nights/weekends)
Compensation: $45–$60/hour (based on experience)
Additional Benefits: $10,000 commitment incentive + relocation assistance
About the Role
Champion Health System is seeking a Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) to join its growing vascular team. This role involves performing a wide range of diagnostic vascular ultrasound studies and assisting in minimally invasive vascular procedures in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive vascular ultrasound exams:
Arterial, venous, and reflux studies
Carotid, renal, AAA, and dialysis access imaging
Conduct arterial/venous duplex scans
Assist physicians with ultrasound-guided procedures (e.g., varicose vein ablation, PAD interventions, embolization)
Prepare and maintain ultrasound equipment and exam rooms
Ensure high standards of patient care, safety, and comfort
Accurately document and report findings
Must-Have Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
✔ ARDMS (RVT) or CCI (RVS) certification
(Registry-eligible candidates must obtain certification within 1 year)
✔ Associate degree OR completion of a 12-month accredited ultrasound/vascular program
✔ Strong knowledge of vascular imaging and ultrasound techniques
✔ Ability to perform independent vascular studies
✔ Excellent communication and patient-care skills
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in vascular imaging / vascular lab setting
Exposure to interventional or minimally invasive vascular procedures
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
