Must live 50 miles away from the facility 
Must have LPN License. BLS from AHA required.
Ready to work with Skilled nursing home facility. 
Must be having 1+ year of LPN experience

Healthcare Sages Job ID #056. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
