Description
**Job Title:** Registered Nurse Unit Manager (RN UM)
**Location:** Siler City Center, Siler City, NC
**Setting:** Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) / Long-Term Care (LTC)
**Duration:** 8 Weeks
**Schedule:**
* Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
* Monday – Friday
* 40 Guaranteed Hours per Week
**Pay:** Up to **$61/hour**
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Unit Manager (RN UM) to oversee daily nursing operations and provide leadership to the clinical team in a Skilled Nursing/Long-Term Care setting. The ideal candidate will have prior RN experience, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
**Requirements:**
* Active RN license required
* Previous LTC/SNF experience preferred
* Supervisory or Unit Manager experience preferred
* Strong communication and organizational skills
