BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the position of Pediatric RN Clinical Supervisor role for our North Brunswick, NJ home care office. This office provides best in class care to clients of all ages throughout Middlesex County.

Responsibilities for a Pediatric RN Clinical Supervisor:

• Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
• Visit our Adult and Pediatrics Skilled Nursing clients and conduct assessments in Middlesex County.
• Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.
• Supervise RN's and LPN's in the field.
• Facilitate new hire orientation.
  
• Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff.
  

Qualifications for a Pediatric RN Clinical Supervisor:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN.
  
• Supervisory experience (preferred)
• Homecare experience is a PLUS!
• Trach/vent experience or an interest in learning!
