BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Manager for our Dover, NJ Assistive Care State Programs office.

As an RN Clinical Manager, your day may look like this:

• Conduct new client admissions and open new cases
• Perform skills training with new hires and annual competencies for home health aides
• Support field staff with clinical oversight and development
• Help ensure quality, compliance, and continuity of care
• Collaborate with the clinical and office teams on scheduling and client needs

If you’re a Registered Nurse (RN) with the following qualifications, this could be your perfect fit:

• RN with at least 2 years of clinical experience
• Strong clinical skills; home care experience a plus
• Passion for mentoring and staff development
• Comfortable working independently with a flexible schedule
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to travel throughout Warren County

Base Pay: $45 - 47/hour depending on qualifications
