Home Care Nurse Manager, Bilingual Spanish, Assistive Care
Jersey City, NJ | Full-Time OR Part- Time | Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm

Salary: $90,000- $100,000 annually plus a $5,000 bonus!

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Bilingual Spanish Home Care Nurse Manager to lead our Assistive Care State Programs office in Jersey City, NJ. This role combines clinical leadership, team development, and direct client impact across Hudson County.

Responsibilities for a Home Care Nurse Manager:

• Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
• Provide clinical oversight for assistive care state program clients throughout Hudson County
• Conduct client assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Supervise, mentor, and support Home Health Aides in the field
  
• Facilitate new hire orientation.
  
• Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff.

Qualifications for a Home Care Nurse Manager:

• Active RN license
• 2+ years of RN experience
• Spanish fluency required
• Home care or supervisory experience preferred, not required
