Description

LCSW – Travel – Corrections | 40 Hours | $2,800/week Tabor City, NCStart: ASAP26-Week Contract Compensation & Schedule $2,800 per week 40 hours per week Day shift schedule
Weekend rotation as required by facility Position Overview SpectrumACS is hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a 26-week travel assignment at a correctional facility in Tabor City, North Carolina. This position provides behavioral health and clinical services to incarcerated individuals in a structured correctional environment. Responsibilities
Conduct psychosocial assessments and evaluations
Provide individual and group therapy services
Develop and implement treatment plans
Perform crisis intervention and suicide risk assessments
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with interdisciplinary medical and custody teams
Ensure compliance with facility and state regulations
Requirements
Active North Carolina LCSW license (required prior to start)
Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
1+ years of clinical experience in behavioral health, corrections, or inpatient settings preferred
Experience conducting mental health assessments and crisis intervention
Ability to work within a correctional setting
Strong documentation and communication skills

SpectrumACS Job ID #TCI-LCSW-TRV. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
