Job Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks to 26 weeks
• Weekly Guarantee: 40 hours
• Productivity: 55-63 patients per week
• Schedule: Open to 4x10-hour shifts; must be available for 2 evenings per week (up to 8 pm)
• Cancellation Notice: 30 days
• EMR System: Raintree

Requirements:

• Must have at least 3 months of outpatient experience or 1 year of PT experience in other settings.
• New graduates are not accepted.
• Completion of 3 hours of HealthStream modules prior to start is required.
• Reimbursement for modules will be provided upon completion and after 8 hours of work.
