Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Surgical Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge and skills necessary for assisting in surgical procedures across various specialties.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain a sterile field for patients undergoing surgical procedures.
- Assist the surgical team by passing instruments and supplies during operations.
- Ensure all surgical tools, instruments, and equipment are correctly sterilized and available for use.
- Monitor and track surgical supplies, ensuring inventory levels are maintained.
- Coordinate with surgeons and nursing staff to ensure smooth operation flow.
Qualifications
- Certification as a Surgical Technologist is required.
- Excellent understanding of sterile technique and aseptic principles.
- Ability to anticipate the needs of the surgical team and respond accordingly.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure and fast-paced environments.
Preferred Skills
- Previous experience in a similar role within a hospital or surgical center.
- Familiarity with electronic health records systems.

- Demonstrated effective communication and teamwork skills.
