Role Overview:

We are seeking a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) for a traveler position to fill in for two social workers on leave. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social work practices and experience working within healthcare settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide psychosocial assessments and interventions for patients and families.
• Offer support and resources for patients dealing with complex health issues.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Develop and implement care plans that address social, emotional, and economic needs.
• Conduct crisis intervention and provide counseling services.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records.

Qualifications:
