Job Role

Join a dynamic team in a 24-bed telemetry unit. You'll work with patients requiring continuous monitoring, providing necessary care and assessments.

Responsibilities

Perform detailed patient assessments and develop appropriate care plans.
Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team.
Work collaboratively in a team nursing environment with a focus on teamwork.
Manage a patient ratio of 3:1 in step down, 5:1 during the day, and 7:1 at night.

Unit Details

The unit features large rooms with private bathrooms and showers.
Capable of taking eight step-down patients efficiently.

Skills Required

Proficiency in ACLS, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
