The speech/language pathologist is responsible for delivering speech therapy services to clients within the agency's home health setting. This position requires collaboration in developing a comprehensive patient care plan.

Submission Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of SLP home care experience is required.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Candidates must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Acute care experience is preferred.
• Must hold a Master’s or Doctorate Degree.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is required. Clinical Fellow candidates are accepted.
• Must have a Massachusetts Speech and Language Pathologist License.
• Familiarity with rehabilitation equipment, including language/communication aids, devices, and wheelchairs.
• Candidates must have their own vehicle.

Important Details:

• Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility will not be considered.
• All scheduled time off (RTO) must be included in the candidate's profile upon submission.
• Profiles need to include at least two specific dates/times of availability for interview.
• Submission must include work history, a skills checklist for speech-language pathology relevant to the position, and an active American Heart Association BLS Certification.
• One supervisory-signed reference from the past two years of employment is required.

Additional Information:

• This opportunity does not involve on-call duties.
• Coverage may be required every 4-6 weekends, including holidays if necessary.
