Description

Submission Requirements:

Candidates with an Arizona driver's license will not be considered.
Provider must have a minimum of 24 months of current Progressive Care Unit (PCU) experience.
Certifications must be from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
License verification must show no issues at the time of submission.
Flu vaccination is required, although declinations can be applied for through specific forms.
Applicants must meet specific background requirements.

Complete cover page.
Detailed resume listing all facilities, their sizes, number of beds, trauma levels, and units.
Skills checklist specific to Progressive Care Unit (PCU).
Active Arizona or Compact license.
Active ACLS and BLS certifications from the American Heart Association.
Flu vaccination documentation.
Valid driver's license.

Additional Information:

On-call and weekend schedules will be determined by the facility.
Candidates should be pre-closed and ready to accept an assignment.
