Location Details

Located at 100 Milk Street, Methuen, MA, our clinic is known for exceptional rehabilitation services provided by dedicated professionals. The Methuen office is situated in the Milk Street Office Park, across the street from The Loop and Home Depot, with easy accessibility from Routes 213, 93, and 95. The ground-level clinic offers ample parking right outside the front door.

Schedule & Requirements

Duration: 13 to 26 weeks
Guaranteed 40 hours per week
Productivity: 55-63 patients per week
Open to 4x10 scheduling, with a requirement for availability on 2 evenings per week until 7:30 PM
Cancel notice: 30 days
EMR System: Raintree
Experience Requirements
Minimum of 3 months of outpatient experience
At least 1 year of professional physical therapy experience

Pre-assignment modules will be reimbursed for the specified time.
