Unit Details: - Unit Size: 8 beds - Dress Code: Facility-provided scrubs

Request for Time Off (RTO): - Must be noted and verified upon profile upload. - Maximum of 5 days of RTO accepted. - All scheduling requests should be submitted during profile upload. Post-offer requests may lead to rescinded offers.

Experience and Education Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years current First Assist Operating Room experience. - Bachelor of Science degree. - Certification: BLS and CNOR required. - Meditech Expanse experience is highly preferred.

Profile Requirements: - Complete work history. - Skills checklist for First Assist Operating Room (updated within one year). - One supervisory reference from the past two years of employment. - Massachusetts RN license. - Active American Heart Association BLS. - Active Certified Perioperative Nurse CNOR.

On Call: On call by rotation.

Weekend and Holiday Work: No weekends required unless holidays are needed.

Certifications: Must include CNOR and BLS (AHA).

State Licenses Required: Massachusetts license, or application for the same, must be included with the profile.
