Unit Description

Rotating schedule with 4 weeks of nights followed by 4 weeks of days, or vice versa.

Requirements

Experience in a medical-surgical unit.
Strong clinical and assessment skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Monitor patient conditions and progress.
Provide support and emotional care.
