Job Opportunity

Join our dynamic 25-bed Labor & Delivery Unit. This unit includes Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, Newborn Nursery, two Operating Rooms, two Recovery Rooms, and two Antepartum units. We are seeking seasoned professionals with a minimum of three years of experience in Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and Newborn Care.

Unit Specifications:

• Patient Ratios:
• Labor & Delivery: 1:2-3 for evaluations, 1:1 for active labor.
• Postpartum: 1:3-4.
• Bed Count:
• 5 Labor & Delivery Rooms
• 12 Postpartum Beds
• 2 Operating Rooms
• 2 Recovery Rooms
• 2 Antepartum Units with 4 beds
• Average Daily Census: 15-25 mothers, babies, and labors
• EMR System: EPIC

Position Details:

• This role involves rotating shifts, primarily during the day, with the flexibility to cover evenings and nights as needed.

Certifications Required:

• Current Massachusetts RN License
• BLS
• NRP
• EFM (Every 2 years for L&D)
• AHA ACLS (Preferred)
