Position Overview
Seeking an experienced Ultrasound Tech with a specialty in Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) to join a busy department. The role involves working across six ultrasound rooms, providing high-quality imaging services to expectant mothers and supporting the maternal-fetal health team.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-resolution ultrasounds focused on maternal and fetal health.
- Maintain and operate ultrasound equipment proficiently.
- Ensure patient comfort and confidentiality throughout the imaging process.
- Analyze and present complex images for accurate diagnostic interpretation.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to support comprehensive patient care.
- Provide detailed reports and images to assist in the diagnosis and treatment planning.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Ultrasound Technician, preferably with specialization in MFM.
- Proficient with ultrasound equipment and imaging software.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Valid credentials in ultrasound technology.
- Demonstrated expertise in maternal-fetal imaging.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members.
