Description

The Cardiac Catheterization RN is a critical member of the patient care team, collaborating effectively with other team members to ensure continuity of care. The Cath Lab RN emphasizes patient and family-focused care in all interactions.

Preferred Experience: - 2+ years of ICU experience - 1+ years of experience as a Cath Lab RN - Prior travel nurse experience preferred but not required

Unit Description: - The Cath Lab features 7 procedure rooms, including a hybrid OR, all upgraded within the past 1-5 years. - There is a 12-bay peri-procedural space for patient preparation and recovery. - Epic serves as the primary charting system; hemodynamics measurements are conducted on the Siemens Sensis system. - The lab averages over 30 cases per day, ranging from outpatient RHC and stable coronary angiograms to complex coronary, structural, and vascular interventions.
