• Bachelor of Science in Nursing [required]

• Work History
• Skills Checklist relevant to Operating Room, current within 1 year [required]
• 1 Supervisory Signed Reference within the past two years [required]
• Massachusetts RN license [required]
• Active American Heart Association BLS [required]
• Active American Heart Association ACLS [required]
