Description

Role Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Possess current licensure in good standing by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing; active MA license required.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Must have procedure room experience and the ability to manage pre/post-operative tasks.
  • Prior experience with EPIC EMR system is mandatory.
  • Certification in ACLS and BLS is required.
  • Successful completion of PASS/FAIL ECG/TELE and Medication tests administered via Zoom;
  • Tests consist of 20 questions each and must be completed prior to assignment.
  • A passing score of 85% is required with no opportunity for remediation or re-test.
  • Study Guide provided by the client should be leveraged in preparation.

Schedule and Availability:

  • Guaranteed hours are 72 biweekly, excluding any on-call time.
  • Biweekly orientation sessions are available.
  • Applicants must provide availability for interviews upon submission.
  • All requests for time off must be presented at time of submission.
  • Candidates must not reside within 50 miles of the facility to qualify.

Additional Information:

  • Candidates who were previously employed as perm or per diem staff within the last six months must have a six-month separation period before being considered for this role.
