Description

Job Requirements and Comments:

  • Work Schedule: Monday-Friday with staggered shifts; no weekends.
  • Arizona residents are not eligible for assignments in any Arizona facilities.
  • Candidates should clearly outline all criteria they are willing to accept. Flexibility with locations, shifts, and departments may expedite the offer process.
  • Requests for time off (RTO) must be included on the cover page and cannot exceed 7 days. No RTO is allowed during the first week of the assignment.
  • Candidates must be able to start no more than one week after the listed start date.
  • Candidates should list all facilities they are willing to work in, including specific names, states, or a general willingness to work in any facility in any state.
  • All shifts and departments the candidate is experienced and willing to work in should be specified.
  • All candidates should be pre-closed and ready to accept an offer.

Submission Requirements:

  • Minimum of 24 months of Pathology Assistant experience, with recent experience in the last 12 months [REQUIRED].
  • Life support certifications must be from AHA, ARC, or ASHI [REQUIRED].
  • No hits on state license to practice [REQUIRED].
  • Candidate's driver's license must verify residency [REQUIRED].
  • Travel experience is highly preferred.
  • Strict adherence to all background check standards is required; review compliance requirements as soon as possible.
  • Complete the required cover page for submission.
  • Provide a resume that lists all facilities and departments worked, trauma level designation, and number of beds.
  • Pathology Assistant skills checklist must be completed in the last 12 months [REQUIRED].
  • Active BLS certification from an approved vendor is required.
  • Driver's license documentation is required.
