Description

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of current ICU experience
Ability to float within skill set at management's discretion
New York state licensure
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
National Institutes of Health (NIH) certification
Proficiency in reading cardiac rhythms, with a mandatory hospital proctored test requiring >80% accuracy in rhythm identification and 100% accuracy in identifying critical rhythms
Experience with Epic charting

Additional Information:

Flu vaccine or exemption required
Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:2-3

Local Rule:

Travel nurses must reside outside a 50-mile radius. Specific restrictions apply to primary residences in the following counties: Warren, Washington, Fulton, Montgomery, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Albany, Columbia, Greene, Dutchess, and Ulster.
