Description

We are seeking a qualified professional for an OB/GYN position. This opportunity requires expertise and experience in obstetric and gynecologic care. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to various clinical environments.

Requirements

Current RN credentials
Experience in an OB/GYN setting
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Proficient critical thinking skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive care in the OB/GYN department
Assess and monitor patient conditions
Create and implement care plans
Maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients and staff

Qualifications

Previous OB/GYN nursing experience
Strong problem-solving abilities
Compassionate and professional patient interactions
Updated BLS and ACLS certifications (if applicable)

small hospital, one floor divided into 3 pods. 1:5 ratio mostly with 1:6 only after 11pm. Admission nurses available until 11pm. Good team work. Nice management

Cons

No transport at night, short staff, very few intensive providers, small ICU = very few beds. Tons of admits at night. No IV team
