Unit Description:
Join a dedicated team at the Breast Cancer Center. This position involves working 40 hours per week in a traveler capacity. Nurses will support the comprehensive care plans for patients undergoing treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply critical thinking and evidence-based practice in the management of oncology patients.
- Utilize specialized knowledge and skills in oncology nursing to provide high-quality care.
- Support the emotional needs of patients and their families during the treatment process.
- Facilitate effective communication among members of the healthcare team.
- Maintain confidentiality and standards of care in the oncology setting.
Qualifications:
- Experience in oncology or a related field is preferred.
- Strong ability to assess and respond to patient needs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous learning.
