Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide care to patients in the Medical Intensive Care Unit.
- Monitor and assess patient condition, reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
- Assist with medical procedures and treatments as required.
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment for both patients and healthcare staff.
- Participate in the care planning and evaluation of patient outcomes.
Requirements:
- Experience in an intensive care unit, particularly with medical patients.
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Schedule:
- Night shifts with every third weekend rotation.
- Availability to work on specific holidays as required.
