<p>Provide care to patients with a variety of medical diagnoses, including:</p>
<ul><li>Wound care/wound vacs</li><li>PleurX drains</li><li>Dressing changes</li><li>PICC line care/dressing changes</li><li>Nephrostomy tubes</li><li>Ostomy care</li><li>Blood draws/venipuncture</li><li>Diabetes management</li><li>Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) management</li></ul>
<p>Must be comfortable practicing independently in all types of patient homes. Travel is required as assigned, with an estimated 50-75 miles per day. Mileage reimbursement is available.</p>
<h3>Requirements</h3>
<ul><li>NY RN License</li><li>BLS certification</li><li>1-3 years of home care experience</li><li>1 year of recent clinical experience</li><li>Ability to travel and a working vehicle in good condition</li></ul>
<h3>Preferred Experience</h3>
<ul><li>HCHB application experience</li></ul>
