Job Requirements and Details:

Certifications Required: ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications are mandatory. All certifications must be from approved vendors such as AHA, ARC, or ASHI.

Experience: Candidates must possess a minimum of 24 months of recent Medical Imaging/Interventional Radiology (IR) experience within the last 12 months.

Residency Requirement: Candidates must live within a 30-minute response time. Arizona residents are not eligible for assignments within Arizona.

License and Background: There should be no hits on the candidate's state license to practice, which must be verified within the last 30 days. Strict adherence to background checks is essential.

Driver’s License: Verification of residency through a driver's license is required.

Travel Experience: Highly preferred, although not mandatory.

Profile Requirements:
- Complete a designated cover page.
- Provide a detailed resume, indicating all facilities and departments worked in, trauma level designations, and the number of beds associated.
- Med Imaging/IR skills checklist must be completed within the last 12 months.

Active certifications in ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS from approved vendors.

Requests for Time Off (RTO): Any requested time off cannot exceed seven days and is not permitted during the first week of the assignment.

On-Call and Weekend Requirements: To be determined by the facility.
