Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide care in a 30-bed stroke/neuro rehabilitation unit for adult patients.
- Collaborate with medical and therapy staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Support patients in achieving rehabilitation goals.
- Assist in the evaluation and updating of care plans based on patient needs and progress.
- Engage in continuous communication with the healthcare team to enhance patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Experience in stroke/neuro rehabilitation is preferred.
- Ability to work evening shifts, four days a week.
- Available to work every other weekend.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capacity to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Skills:
- Proficiency in rehabilitation practices and patient care techniques.
- Competence in conducting assessments and developing patient-centered care plans.
- Effective problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain a calm and compassionate demeanor in high-stress situations.
