Description

Responsibilities:

Provide care in a 30-bed stroke/neuro rehabilitation unit for adult patients.
Collaborate with medical and therapy staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Support patients in achieving rehabilitation goals.
Assist in the evaluation and updating of care plans based on patient needs and progress.
Engage in continuous communication with the healthcare team to enhance patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

Experience in stroke/neuro rehabilitation is preferred.
Ability to work evening shifts, four days a week.
Available to work every other weekend.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Capacity to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Skills:

Proficiency in rehabilitation practices and patient care techniques.
Competence in conducting assessments and developing patient-centered care plans.
Effective problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to maintain a calm and compassionate demeanor in high-stress situations.
