Position Overview:

The role requires experience in a Step Down/PCU setting, where care is provided for PCU and general telemetry-monitored medical patients utilizing a universal bed model. The position involves work across multiple campuses and demands flexibility in location, shifts, and departments.

Eligibility Criteria: - Arizona residents are not eligible for assignments within the state. - Candidates must have at least 24 months of PCU experience, with recent experience within the last 12 months. - Life support certifications must be from AHA, ARC, or ASHI. - Absolutely no incidents on the state license to practice.

Submission Requirements: - Include a complete cover page outlining candidate preferences clearly. - RTO (Request for Time Off) cannot exceed 7 days and is not allowed during the first week of assignment. - Specific driver’s license required to verify residency. - Flu vaccination is mandatory, with medical or religious exemptions available on request.

Preferred Experience: - Previous travel experience is highly preferred.

Compliance and Documentation: - Strict adherence to background check standards is required. - A complete cover page, updated resume with detailed work history, and a recent PCU skills checklist are required. - Active ACLS and BLS certifications from approved vendors must be documented. - Verification of an active license to practice is required within the last 30 days. - Flu vaccination documentation and driver's license must be provided.

Additional Information: - Compliance with weekend and on-call schedules as determined by the facility. - This role specifically involves assignments across designated states and facilities, requiring comprehensive submission documentation.

Certifications Required: - ACLS (AHA) - BLS (AHA)

State Licensing: - Must hold an active license in Arizona.
