Call Expectations

Average Call Frequency: 4-5 shifts per month
A wide variety of cases may present while on call; flexibility is essential

Equipment & Technology

Extensive inventory across multiple specialties
Vendors are present across many service lines
Comfort working with a broad range of OR equipment and devices is expected

Role Expectations

Take call as required
Support multiple service lines as needed
Maintain a strong foundational OR skill set to support a variety of case types safely
Will not be expected to assist in other departments unless prior experience exists
