Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Scrub Tech to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will be an essential member of the surgical team, responsible for maintaining a sterile environment and ensuring the proper functioning of equipment during procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare surgical instruments and equipment for operations.
• Assist surgeons and other medical professionals during procedures by handing over instruments and supplies.
• Maintain a sterile field to prevent any contamination during surgeries.
• Inventory and order sterile supplies as needed.
• Ensure all surgical equipment is functioning properly before and after procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations in the surgical suite.

Qualifications

• Completion of a certified surgical technology program.
• Strong understanding of surgical procedures and equipment.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and high-stress environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a sterile environment.
